Nature Play Lab - Hiawatha

Join us for Nature Play Lab, a hands-on outdoor program where children build, create, explore, and play through imaginative, sensory-rich, and nature-based experiences. Each session sparks curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through engaging, open-ended activities.

Students may take part in activities such as nature art, sensory play, movement games, simple engineering, seasonal exploration, and collaborative outdoor challenges.

This spring pilot session meets once a week for two weeks. Sessions are held outdoors and are designed to be flexible across typical weather conditions.

Children should come dressed for the weather, including appropriate clothing such as jackets, boots, and comfortable shoes. Sessions may take place in light rain, so rain-ready clothing is recommended, along with a change of clothes.
