Strength Training: Stay Strong, Stay Active, Stay Independent. Our online Strength Class is designed to help you: Improve muscle strength and balance, enhance mobility and daily independence, boost overall health and confidence. All while enjoying the support of an in-person group environment.

Class size is limited to 10.
