Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses light pressure on specific points of the hands or feet to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural balance.. Sessions are done while you remain comfortably seated and fully clothed, making it a calming and accessible experience for all.
