Pilates

Price: $5 per member per class $10 for non-members
Pilates is a set of exercises that strengthen the core muscles, build endurance, and improve coordination. These are flowing movements with deep breathing. The emphasis is on concentration, good alignment and stabilization. Pilates is wonderful for your well-being. Limited to 8 participants.
