USAW L2 coach, IWF referee Weightlifting improves health, strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises are adapted to your abilities and goals to help you become stronger, fitter and more confident. We use PVC pipes, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells for whole body exercises and for specific muscle groups. Sign up for all 4 sessions to learn and practice new skills.
