Dates: March 6, March 20, April 10 and April 24 1:00PM - 1:30 PM Price: $5 per member per class $10 for non-members Pilates is a set of exercises that strengthen the core muscles, build endurance, and improve coordination. These are flowing movements with deep breathing. The emphasis is on concentration, good alignment and stabilization. Pilates is wonderful for your well-being. USAW L2 coach, IWF referee Weightlifting improves health, strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises are adapted to your abilities and goals to help you become stronger, fitter and more confident. We use PVC pipes, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells for whole body exercises and for specific muscle groups. Sign up for all 4 sessions to learn and practice new skills.
