Kinawa 6th Grade Orchestra Summer CampMusicThis is a 3-hour day camp for 2026-2027 6th grade Orchestra students! We will have lots of fun playing our instruments, participating in fun music and non-musical activities, and working on music to get us excited about and prepared for the start of Orchestra class in the fall! Food will not be served at this camp, but students may bring their own snack. Popsicles will be provided on the last day.Summer 2026 -
Suzuki Summer Term 30 MinutesSuzukiSuzuki Program offers string instrument instruction using the philosophy and method of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki. The Suzuki program has been part of the Okemos Community Education Program for over 50 years. Students as young as three learn to play the violin, viola, or cello and can continue their studies through high school. Students can begin at any age. Lessons will be held at Chippewa Middle School. The Summer Term consists of a weekly private lesson for either a 6 or 8 week session.Summer 2026 -
