Suzuki Fall Term 30 MinutesSuzukiSuzuki Program offers string instrument instruction using the philosophy and method of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki. The Suzuki program has been part of the Okemos Community Education Program for over 50 years. Students as young as three learn to play the violin, viola, or cello and can continue their studies through high school. Students can begin at any age.The program consists of a weekly private lesson and a weekly group class. Solo recitals and group concerts are also a part of the program. Lessons are taught by highly trained teachers after school at Chippewa Middle School.
