Exercises and programs are adapted to your abilities and goals to help you become stronger, fitter, and more confident. Weightlifting training can be started at all ages. It’s not where you are, it’s where you want to be! This is an introduction to barbell training and safely working with weights. We use PVC pipes, barbells, kettlebells, and other equipment to enhance your performance in daily activities. Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes and bring a water bottle and small towel.
